The Design Museum covers product, industrial, graphic, fashion and architectural design. The museum was founded in 1989 by Sir Terence Conran and was originally housed in a former banana warehouse in Shad Thames.
In 2016, the museum moved to a new location in Kensington, tripling the amount of exhibition space.
